Grooming and Conditioning
All Grooming, Conditioning and Coat Care services will be charged on an additional basis determined by; Condition, coat type and time involved.  There will be an additional charge for any dogs that will be getting ring prepped, please check with us on this.

Expenses
Road expenses and Mileage will be equally divided among all the dogs on the truck.  10 cents per mile in addition to all hotel, food, gas, assistant fees and supplies purchased for show.

 
Extras
Transportation to vet, airport, stud dog services etc. will be charged on an individual basis.  All special coat preparations, medications and vet services are charged to client.

Due to space limitations, cancellations must be made 24 hrs prior to closing date to avoid billing.  In the event of an unanticipated show cancellation, handling fees, board fees and all other expenses will still apply.  This is the same for ring side pick ups.

Billing is done on a weekly cycle.  Payment is due 14 days after billing date (all invoices have billing date located at the bottom of the receipt).  A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per year) will be applied to the charges not paid within 30 days.

 All dogs will be shown by either Heather or Colton Johnson, except due to circumstances of conflict beyond our control, at which time we will select another competent handler.  If you choose another handler on your own, you will still be charged our fees.

Results from the weekend will be reported in a timely manner after the circuit is completed.

All dogs traveling to the show with us must be there the day before departure before 6:00P.M.

All dogs can be picked up the following day after the show, 12:00 noon or later.  If circumstances occur, this time and date may vary.

If dog is to be picked up or dropped off on the way to or from the show, there will be a $20.00 fee.  Location and time will be specified by us.

Specials require a $2000.00 deposit that will be taken off of the final bill.  If the amount was not reached, the remainder of the $2000.00 will be refunded to the client.

Specials require a credit card number with expiration date, for $500.00 towards expenses.  This will be documented on each bill to show you how much you have remaining.  Expenses will be noted on your bill, but you will not be charged for them.

NO BILL SHALL EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF $2000.00.  Once this amount has been reached and no payment has been received, THE DOG WILL NOT BE SHOWN.
